Grace be unto you and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. As we began a brand new year we are looking forward to doing more for Saviour through our ministry. The ending months of 2009 saw us in many different states and allowed us to also see many souls saved throughout our meetings!
We opened up our month by preaching at Grace Baptist in Newport, NC on November 1st. We held a youth conference the Friday and Saturday prior and had a great time in the Lord and were blessed to see a number of personal decisions made by teens as well as souls saved in the Sunday services!
Saturday, November 7th -8th we were with Pastor Tony Ayers and Calvary Baptist Church, in Lawrenceburg, TN. This was our first meeting with these great folks and we are looking forward to our next trip to Calvary Baptist.
November 9th-10th we attended the Greater Atlanta Sword Conference hosted by Pastor Joe Arthur and Harvest Baptist Tabernacle. Each service was a joy to be in and we also were privileged to be granted a “Making a Difference” certificate by Dr. Smith and Dr. Arthur during the afternoon preacher’s luncheon.
November 11th-13th we held revival services at Lighthouse Baptist in Anniston, AL. Pastor Keener and his people are a blessing to our hearts and we look forward to our annual fall revival at Lighthouse!
November 15th we preached both services for Pastor Ray Morris and 49th Street Baptist Church in Anniston, AL. The Lord moved in the services and a young woman was saved!
November 18th-22nd we held revival services at Horn Creek Baptist Church in Cox Mills, WV. Pastor Joe Sealey and the folks at Horn Creek are dear to us and the Lord blessed during the meeting with a young man accepting Christ as Saviour!
November 23rd we preached for Pastor Mark Leonard and Ripley Tabernacle Baptist in Ripley, WV. We appreciate this great church and their faithful support of our ministry!
Sunday, November 29th we preached for the folks at Nantahala Baptist Church in Bryson City, NC. This was a first visit at this great church and it was a blessing to meet the folks and to fellowship in the Lord.
December 6th we preached for Pastor Mickey Howard and Tabernacle Baptist Church in Oakboro, NC. Both services at Tabernacle were a blessing as well as the afternoon lunch fellowship. The Lord moved, with a young man getting saved during the morning invitation!
December 13th we preached the annual Christmas service at Blessed Hope Baptist Church in York, SC. There was a good crowd in attendance and the food and special music was great. It was a blessing to be with Pastor Graham and the folks at Blessed Hope.
December 19th-20th we traveled to Mulberry, IN to preach for Pastor Steven Kalamotousakis and the people of Faithful Word Baptist Church. The church was celebrating their one-year anniversary during the month of December and it is evident that the Lord is working through that ministry. We look forward to our next trip to Faithful Word!
We closed out the month of December as well as 2010 by preaching for our dear friend Pastor Bret Wiley and the folks of Fairview Baptist Temple in Clay, WV. We always enjoy our meetings at Fairview and this was no exception. Many young preachers preached through the evening and following our message the youth group performed their Christmas play for the church. The Lord blessed throughout the evening!
